2.5. For international clients, educational services are provided by Individual Entrepreneur EVGENII VINTOVKIN, registered in Georgia, under a separate Individual and Group English Language Tuition Agreement or another applicable service agreement.
2.6. The applicable service agreement governs matters including fees, payment, subscriptions, lesson scheduling, rescheduling, termination and refunds.
2.7. Nothing in these Terms modifies or overrides the provisions of an applicable service agreement or any mandatory rights granted by law.
3. Intellectual Propert
y3.1. Unless otherwise indicated, the text, original educational materials, graphics, design elements and other original content published on the Website are owned by the Website operator or used with appropriate permission.
3.2. Visitors may access and view Website content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
